This particular church & orphanage is located in a three story building in Chennai. The top two floors were damaged in a fire, with the top floor gutted. The water storage tank on the roof was also destroyed. The second floor was where the children had lived and the top floor contained the kitchen, and church worship rooms. The bottom floor contained the church office and residence for Pathra and his wife. No one was injured in the fire, that had started in an electrical short and spread from there. I asked Daya about the new laws in India requiring the Church be separate from an orphanage? He stated it applies here too but every time the inspector comes they have a blind eye. Maybe God is involved?
