My wife and I had the privilege of helping escort the “The Dignity Memorial® Vietnam Wall” from rest area on I-5 near Federal Way to it’s temporary home at Sunset Hills Memorial Park in Bellevue. Each year, the Dignity Memorial Vietnam Wall tours the country, making 10-14 weekend stops in communities served by Dignity Memorial providers. The Patriot Guard Riders had the honor of providing escort from Portland, Oregon to it’s present Bellevue location. The Wall will be there until Monday when it will be moved again. The Wall is transported in a special semi-tractor rig and volunteers will set it up and tear it down at each location.
